Here are some other important statistics that the survey revealed: 

  • 58% of the people who participated in the survey stated that the Daily routine they had since the beginning of the pandemic caused great damage to their body. 
  • 50% of the participants believe that the general stress caused by the pandemic leads to physical fatigue, while 46% believe that the fatigue is caused by the monotony of the days. 
  • 49% of the participants state that they no longer have the same amount of self-confidence and 47% complain about pain in different parts of their bodies since March 2020. 
  • Again 45% of the participants state that they have had chronic pain before Covid-19 and 66% state that there is an increase in their chronic pain during the pandemic. Along with this one fourth of people who have never had chronic pain before state that for the first time in their life, the stress is causing chronic pain in them. 
  • In addition to all these, most of the people who participated in the survey state that they are hopeful about improving their self-confidence and physical state. In accordance with this: 
  • 67% want to increase their energy levels and 46% want to increase their welfare level.
  • 44% aim at eliminating the back pain they experience and 43% aim at correcting their posture. 
  • 40% believe that they will need Professional help to feel as they did before the pandemic, 37% believe that they will need a good massage therapy to regain their trust in their body.
