Your Collected Personal Data, Collection Method and Legal Grounds

Your IP address and user agent information will be processed based on legitimate interest processing, only for the purpose of analysis and cookies etc. through technologies, by automated or non-automatic means, and sometimes obtained, recorded, stored and updated from third parties such as analytics providers, ad networks, search information providers, technology providers, within and during our service and contractual relationship therewith.

Your personal data that you share with us will be processed and updated in accordance with the purpose and in a measured manner during the contract and service period, only through analysis methods, to fulfill the requirements of the services we offer in the best way, to ensure that you can access these services and make use of them at the maximum level, to develop our services in line with your needs and to bring you together with wider service providers within legal frameworks and to fulfill the obligations arising from the law (sharing personal data with judicial and administrative authorities upon request).

Your Rights as the Person whose Personal Data is Processed

Pursuant to article 11 of the PDPL, everyone can use the following rights by applying to the data controller:

1. To learn whether personal data is processed,
2. If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
5. To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
7. To request that the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
8. To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
9. To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
